हम कौन-सी जानकारी लेते हैं
- आपका नाम, कर्मचारी कोड, पद, वार्ड और मोबाइल नंबर।
- आधार के केवल अंतिम 4 अंक। पूरा आधार नंबर कभी नहीं लिया या रखा जाता।
- हाज़िरी लगाते समय (चेक-इन और चेक-आउट) आपकी फोटो और उसी समय की लोकेशन (GPS)।
- फोन की जानकारी (मॉडल, ऐप वर्ज़न) – ताकि एक व्यक्ति का खाता एक ही फोन पर चले।
हम क्या नहीं करते
- ऐप आपकी लोकेशन लगातार ट्रैक नहीं करता – लोकेशन केवल चेक-इन/चेक-आउट के समय ली जाती है।
- आपके फोन की गैलरी, संपर्क या संदेश नहीं पढ़े जाते।
किस लिए
- सही ड्यूटी स्थल पर उपस्थिति की पुष्टि, वेतन / मस्टर रोल तैयार करना और वार्ड-वार सफाई व्यवस्था की निगरानी।
कितने समय तक
- हाज़िरी की फोटो 13 महीने बाद हटा दी जाती हैं।
- हाज़िरी रिकॉर्ड (तारीख, समय, स्थिति) नगर निगम के नियमों के अनुसार वेतन व ऑडिट के लिए रखे जाते हैं।
कौन देख सकता है
- केवल अधिकृत अधिकारी: आपका सुपरवाइज़र (अपनी टीम), HR / सफाई विभाग के अधिकारी। जानकारी किसी निजी कंपनी को बेची या दी नहीं जाती।
आपके अधिकार / संपर्क
- अपनी जानकारी देखने या गलत जानकारी सुधारवाने के लिए अपने सुपरवाइज़र या नगर निगम सफाई विभाग (HR) कार्यालय से संपर्क करें।

What we collect
- Your name, employee code, designation, ward and mobile number.
- Only the last 4 digits of your Aadhaar. The full Aadhaar number is never collected or stored.
- When you mark attendance (check-in and check-out): a photo and your location (GPS) at that moment.
- Phone details (model, app version) so that one account works on one phone only.
What we do not do
- The app does not track your location continuously – location is taken only at check-in / check-out.
- We do not read your gallery, contacts or messages.
Why
- To confirm attendance at the assigned duty point, to prepare wages / muster rolls and to monitor sanitation deployment ward-wise.
How long
- Attendance photos are deleted after 13 months.
- Attendance records (date, time, status) are kept as required by Nagar Nigam rules for wages and audit.
Who can see it
- Only authorised officials: your supervisor (own team) and HR / Sanitation Department officers. Data is not sold or shared with private companies.
